What We Offer
Psychological & Psychoeducational Assessments
A comprehensive evaluation can bring clarity to questions about how a child, teen, or young adult learns, thinks, feels, and behaves — and open the door to the right support at school, at home, and in daily life. Our assessments are tailored to the individual's age and presenting concerns, and every evaluation includes a clear, practical report with actionable recommendations for families, schools, and treatment providers.
We evaluate and provide diagnostic clarity for:
Learning differences — Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), dyslexia, and related learning, reading, writing, and math difficulties
Attention — ADHD (inattentive, hyperactive/impulsive, and combined presentations)
Cognitive and memory functioning — general cognitive ability, processing speed, and memory
Social functioning — social skills and social-emotional development
Autism Spectrum Disorder — comprehensive evaluation utilizing the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2)
Emotional and behavioral concerns — emotional regulation and behavioral disorders
Mood disorders — depression and related mood concerns
Trauma and PTSD
Anxiety disorders
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Early-onset psychosis — early identification and diagnostic evaluation
Assessments are available across all stages of development, from preschool through college.
Therapy & Treatment
We provide evidence-based, individualized treatment for children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Our clinicians draw on approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure-based treatment, and family-focused interventions, matched to each client's needs and goals.
We treat:
Anxiety and depression
Specific phobias
School-related issues — school refusal, academic stress, testing anxiety, and school transitions
Perinatal and postpartum mental health — support for mood and anxiety concerns during pregnancy and the postpartum period
Parenting challenges — guidance and support for the everyday and not-so-everyday struggles of parenting
Divorcing and divorced families — support for parents and children navigating separation, divorce, and co-parenting
Suicidality, non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI), and other self-harm behaviors
Crisis Management
For clients already in our care, we provide crisis intervention and safety planning to help stabilize acute distress and connect families with the right level of ongoing support.
If you or someone you love is experiencing a mental health emergency, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. Our crisis services support existing clients and are not a substitute for emergency care.
Consultations
Individual & Family Consultation
We offer consultation services for parents, pediatricians, and other providers who want guidance on next steps for a child, teen, or young adult. This can include help interpreting a prior evaluation, treatment planning and second-opinion consultation, and connecting families with the right next step in care.
School & Organizational Consultation
Consultation with schools to support the students, staff, and communities they serve — bringing the same individualized, context-driven approach to systems-level work. This includes:
IEP and 504 planning and classroom accommodations
Staff training and professional development
Partnership with educators and administrators on student mental health, learning, and behavioral needs
Threat assessment and intervention for at-risk student behavior
Helping private schools build sustainable, scalable student support programs
